Harley Street Cosmetic was founded by Dr. Cuross Bakhtiar in 1995 during his research on medical free radicals resaerch at Guy's Medical School and drug development for stroke patients at Imperial College. Harley Street Cosmetic primary goal was to create and cultivate high-quality herbal gels, cosmetic creams, and hair care products for our customers.

Harley Street Cosmetic has dedicated the last 10-15 years to creating products for top UK cosmetics brands and conducting safety assessments (CPSR) for a wide range of National and International brands. Our expertise and experience in product development and safety testing have made them a trusted partner in the cosmetics industry.
